Eggs Ala Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 English muffin
    softened butter
    1 thin slice ham, broiled
    1 slice tomato, broiled
    1 egg, poached
    Hollandaise sauce
Preparation
    Spread toasted muffin with butter.
    Cover with ham, then tomato slice.
    Place poached egg on this.
    Top with Hollandaise and sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 1.
