Banana Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 or 2 small bananas
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Mix bananas well or mash them.\tAdd remaining ingredients and blend.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan for at least 15 minutes.
Cool on rack and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Can be baked in 13 x 9 for 50 to 55 minutes.
