Tuna Cheddar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can white meat tuna, drained and flaked
1 small apple, chopped
1/3 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine tuna, apple, cheese and celery; toss.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir with a fork until well-blended.
Cover.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Yields 2 1/2 cups.
