Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper.
    Add tomato juice, water, rice and seasonings.
    Put into a covered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
