Cajun Blackened Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    4 fish fillets
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. sage
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Spread melted margarine over fillets.
    Combine all spices and mix well.
    Rub spices into fish.
    Heat cast-iron skillet until very hot; watch carefully.
    Cook fillets for about 3 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
    (Caution:
    Cook outside or in very well ventilated area.)
