Chocolate Fudge Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. canola oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cake: Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Butter and flour two 9-inch cake pans. In large bowl, combine flour, sugars, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. At medium speed, beat in milk, oil, eggs and vanilla until blended, about 2 minutes. At low speed, gradually beat in boiling water just until blended. Divide batter between cake pans. Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pans on racks 15 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool on racks.
