Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. rhubarb, cut up
1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Melt butter; add brown sugar.
Spread in bottom of 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Add rhubarb.
Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon together.
Add cream and stir well.
Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
