Coconut Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. Mochico
    1 box brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sesame seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased or Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with sesame seed and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Slice and enjoy.
