Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes
    1/3 c. water
    1 small can (2/3 c.) Pet milk
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil in large skillet.
    Mix together flour, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Stir into meat mixture. Add onions, tomatoes and water.
    Cover, simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Gradually stir Pet milk into hot mixture.
    Simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Serve over hot buttered noodles.
