Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (4 oz.) butterscotch instant pudding
3 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
Preparation

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a rapid boil; remove from heat.
Add butterscotch instant pudding and quick cooking oatmeal. Mix thoroughly.
Cool 15 minutes and drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
