Rice Cooker Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage, chicken, uncooked shrimp or uncooked crawfish
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
    1 medium bell pepper, cut up
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in rice cooker.
    When the bell rings, wait 1/2 hour, then it's ready to eat.
    Very good.
