Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, peeled and cut in strips
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Coat potato strips with mixture.
    Melt one\tstick
    margarine in large baking dish or pan. Arrange potatoes
    in
    melted margarine.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven\tfor 30 minutes.
    Turn
    potatoes
    and
    bake
    30\tminutes longer.
