Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and let rise 15 to 20 minutes.
    Roll 1/2 inch thick or more and cut with a pizza cutter.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter.
    Dip bread stick on both sides and lay on cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, parsley, red pepper, minced onion, or a combination of your favorites. Raise 10 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
