Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs (at room temperature)
    3 c. plain Red Band flour, sifted 3 times and then measured
    1 c. sweet milk (at room temperature)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, milk and vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Start in cold oven.
