Hamburg And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onion
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Brown hamburg, celery and onion.
    Add soups, soy sauce, rice and 2 cups water.
    Bake in 2-quart casserole dish, sprayed with Pam, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
