Easy Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round steak*
    1 1/2 lb. lean beef bacon
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. parsley
    3 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    *Round steak should be cut 1/2 inch thick.
