Seafoam Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jello (sugar-free orange)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 pkg. Cool Whip
    1 (11 oz.) can crushed pineapple (sugar-free)
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Save juice from both fruits.
    Bring 1 cup mandarin orange juice to boil.
    Pour over jello and stir until dissolved.
    Let set until jelly stage.
    Add oranges and crushed pineapple; add some of pineapple juice to cream cheese.
    Add to jello and fold in Cool Whip.
