Aunt Ruth'S Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 cubes butter, softened
    2 1/2 c. (1 box) brown sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 lb. orange slice candy, cut up in small pieces
    2 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs together.
    Mix with other ingredients in the order listed.
    Bake in greased loaf pan 2 1/2 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven. Slice very thinly after loaf has cooled.
    Makes one 9 x 5-inch loaf or 2 small size foil pans.
