Apricot Spice Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. softened butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix
    butter
    and
    brown sugar in large mixer bowl.
    Add egg, milk,
    lemon juice and vanilla; mix until blended.
    Sift flour, soda
    and
    cinnamon together.
    Add to creamed mixture. Beat
    until blended.
    Stir
    in
    apricots,
    nuts
    and coconut. Spread
    in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until done.
    Cool and frost.
