Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in container of electric blender; process 30 seconds.
    Scrape down sides of blender container and process a second time.
    Refrigerate batter for 1 hour.
