Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie crust
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, salt and sugar.
    Add milk; cook slowly until it begins to thicken.
    Add beaten egg yolks and stir.
    When fully boiled it is done.
    Add coconut and vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie crust.
    Top with meringue and brown lightly in 375\u00b0 oven.
