Baked Pepper Chicken With Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. lemon concentrate
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
    25 red (Japanese) peppers
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Wash chicken well.
    Remove and save neck and giblets.
    Mix the following ingredients to make the marinade:
    vinegar, lemon concentrate, salt, cumin, black pepper and garlic.
