Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    3 heaping c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, butter, eggs and nutmeg.
    Beat until smooth. Add rhubarb.
    Let stand while you prepare pie crust.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 and 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This is good with a crumb topping instead of top crust.
