Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 rounded tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 sq. chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. Cool Whip
36 oz. coconut, frozen
16 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Cream butter and 2 cups of sugar, adding eggs one at a time. Beat after each addition.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with buttermilk.
Add chocolate and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
