Bridie'S Really Great Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer, cut up (3 lb.)
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 leek, thinly sliced or 1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine soup, leek or onion, wine and lemon juice in a medium-sized bowl.
    Spoon sauce over the chicken pieces.
    Bake in a moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and richly browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
