Hamburg Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 onion, diced
3 carrots, cubed
3 large potatoes, cubed
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
cold water
1 box prepared pie dough
Preparation

Fry hamburg with butter and diced onion until brown.
Add hot water to cover meat and add carrots and potatoes (both cubed) and boil slowly.
Salt and pepper to taste and cook until tender.
Add soy sauce.
Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of flour in cold water and add to hamburg mixture.
Stir until thick.
Pour into casserole dish; cover with pie dough and bake until brown.
