Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cooked carrots, cut in lengthwise strips
    1/4 c. water or liquid from carrots
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    dash of paprika
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Spread carrots in shallow baking dish.
    Mix water or carrot liquid, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; pour over carrots.
    Top with mixture of bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, butter and paprika.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
