Banana-Chocolate Chip Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 large banana, diced
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Sift together first 4 ingredients.
In small bowl, combine egg, butter and milk.
Pour into flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Fill well-greased muffin tins almost full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until done.
These muffins freeze well and can be microwaved after frozen.
