Stacy'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 clove garlic or 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 Tbsp. basil (optional)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 can tomato paste (3 oz.)
    5 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 carton small curd cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon basil, garlic salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Simmer together 1 hour.
    Cook, drain and rinse noodles.
    Combine cottage cheese, rest of basil and Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Arrange in slightly greased casserole dish layers:
    noodles, cheese and meat sauce until all is used.
    Add Mozzarella on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is golden brown on top.
