Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. coconut
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground orange peel
2 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes on high speed and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
