Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) frying chickens, cut into 8 pieces
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. half and half milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat the egg and half and half.
    In a paper bag, mix the flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in the egg, then place in bag and shake.
    Fry chicken in a deep skillet until evenly cooked, approximately 30 minutes.
