Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced onion
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. lightly salted butter, softened
    6 corn tortillas
    4 1/2 oz. can olives, chopped and drained
    2 c. grated Jack cheese
    1 large tomato, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown beef with onion, about 5 minutes. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes longer. Spread butter on tortillas. Cover and set aside.
