Coconut Orange Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (4 c.) unsifted powdered sugar
dash of salt
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) soft butter
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, except coconut.
Beat until smooth (about 2 minutes).
Adjust consistency by adding in small amounts orange juice and powdered sugar.
Fold in coconut. Spread on cold cake.
Makes enough to frost top and sides of a 9-inch layer cake.
