Eggless, Milkless Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. molasses
2 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. hot coffee

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Blend sugar and shortening.
Add all other dry ingredients.
Add coffee.
Mix well.
Bake until done.
