Quick Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
leftover vegetables (such as peas, corn, etc.)
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
dash of curry powder (optional)
1/2 can chicken broth
1 c. Bisquick
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan or baking dish of similar size. Stir together Bisquick, sour cream and milk; pour over chicken mixture. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden. Let pie set 10 minutes, then spoon out and enjoy with a tossed salad and crusty bread.
