Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    7 1/2 oz. crab meat
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 eggs
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in 1 teaspoon oil until tender. Drain.
    Pat crab meat dry on paper towel.
    Put in 10-inch deep pie plate.
    Spoon in onion.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients in blender; pour evenly in pie plate.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
