Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. bran
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. honey
1 c. nonfat milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

By hand, mix flour, bran and baking soda.
Melt butter and honey together in separate pan.
Remove from heat and add milk and egg to this mixture.
Pour into dry ingredients and stir by hand. Put in 10 cupcake papers and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
