Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. whipped cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. almonds, toasted and chopped
Preparation

Toss chicken, celery, parsley, salt and pepper.
Gently fold in the whipped cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and almonds. Chill well before serving.
