Strawberry Tassies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sifted flour
strawberry jam
chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend margarine and cream cheese.
Gradually add flour and blend well.
Chill 1 hour.
Pinch off pieces of dough about the size of a nickel and place in miniature muffin tins, molding into shells.
Add small amount of jam to each shell and top with pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until shells are light tan color.
Remove and cool on wire rack.
Yields 6 dozen.
