Boiled Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Polish sausage (may use a semi-boneless ham), cut up into slices
1 cabbage, cut up
10 medium whole potatoes
1 qt. green beans
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large pot, add water (3/4 full), salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
Add Polish sausage.
Cook several minutes, then add cabbage, sliced up.
Let cabbage cook several minutes, then add potatoes.
When potatoes are almost done, add green beans.
Cook until green beans are tender.
Serve it up!
