Spinach Lasagne I - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
8 oz. tub Ricotta cheese
pinch of garlic
2 medium onions, sliced
16 oz. any favorite tomato sauce
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
lasagne noodles
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Preparation
-
In skillet heat and soften onions and garlic with oil.
Add Ricotta, eggs, Parmesan cheese and thawed, drained spinach.
Cook on stove until slightly browned.
Prepare sauce.
Prepare noodles per package directions.
