Creamy Herb Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    2 tsp. honey
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except oil in a blender container. Blend at high speed; reduce to medium speed.
    Uncover and pour in the oil in a steady stream.
    Turn off blender as soon as oil is incorporated and dressing is thick.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups and stores well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
