Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 lb. American cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine; add remaining ingredients and cook on low until cheese is thoroughly melted. (Or heat in slow cooker on low setting for 4 to 5 hours.)
