Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oatmeal
1 c. honey
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. margarine
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Bring honey to boil; add 1/2 teaspoon soda.
Stir in honey and oats.
Cream margarine and sugar until light; add to honey.
Mix flour, 1/2 teaspoon soda, baking powder and salt into bananas and honey mixture.
Pour into 8-inch cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0.
