Luau Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars (1 c.) strained peaches (baby food)
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 lb. meaty spareribs
Preparation

Mix all but ribs.
Rub ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place meat side up in foil lined shallow pan.
Bake in hot 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Pour sauce over ribs. Continue baking in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours, basting with sauce. Great with Rice Pilaf.
