Bourbon Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large yams
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 oz. bourbon
1 c. toasted, chopped pecans
Preparation

Cook potatoes for 35 minutes; mash with butter.
Beat in the remaining ingredients.
Put half potato mixture in a greased casserole.
Add half pecans, rest of potatoes and then the rest of the pecans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
