Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Post Grape-Nuts cereal
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 1/2 c. (about 1 lb.) ground cooked ham
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine cereal, pineapple and juice; set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Stir in cereal mixture.
    Shape into loaf. Place in greased shallow baking pan or 1 1/2-quart Pyrex loaf dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with mustard sauce. Makes 6 servings.
