Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. canned pork, chopped or diced
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Chop onion and cook in oil until tender.
    Mix rest of ingredients and cook over low heat 1 hour until thick.
    Makes 3 cups.
    Serve over cooked noodles, rice or spaghetti.
    Beef, Spam or hamburger may be substituted for the pork.
