Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese.
Pour in medium baking dish.
Mix margarine and crackers.
Sprinkle over other ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
