Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Brown sausage and mushrooms.
    Drain well.
    Mix milk and eggs.
    Place meat and mushroom mixture in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese and pour egg mixture over all.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until light brown on top.
